A platform for navigating Spain's protected-housing (HPO/VPO) market: it tells you which offers you qualify for, what they cost, when they close, and your realistic odds. It combines an eligibility engine built on the official rules, an offers feed that gathers scattered public sources, and up-to-date official prices. Built with TanStack Start, tRPC, Drizzle, PostgreSQL and AI-assisted extraction.

EasyPrompt

A PWA that lets you build AI prompts without typing a single word. Designed for non-technical users and older adults: pick a category, a task and modifiers, and the app generates a ready-to-use prompt you can copy or open directly in ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini. Built with TanStack Start, Drizzle, PostgreSQL and Zustand.

Cascade Puzzle

A block-swapping puzzle game inspired by Panel de Pon / Tetris Attack. Daily challenges with move limits, practice mode, stats and a level editor. Built with Phaser 3, React, tRPC and PostgreSQL.
